The Objectives of CWA Local 9333 shall be to represent and serve the workers
within its jurisdiction in accordance with the Bylaws and Rules of the Local
and the Constitution and policies of the Union.
If you are a member of our union, you are entitled to union representation
whenever you feel that you may be subject to disciplinary action which
includes but is not limited to: Documentation, Suspension, Termination, Final
Warning, Attendance Counseling, Accident Investigation, and Performance
Reviews. You also have the right to file a grievance whenever you feel that
any of your rights have been violated pursuant to your local CWA contract.
